Infância
Jessica Harper nasceu em Chicago Illions, é filha de Eleanor e Paul Church Harper Jr. um pintor e ex-presidente da Needham Woldwide Harper agencia de publicidade em Nova York. Ela frequentou a escola North Shore Country Day School e Sara Lawrence College. Ela tem três irmãos,incluindo um irmão gêmeo Willian Harper,um compositor Sam Harper e um roteirista e diretor Charles Harper,e mais duas irmãs,Lindsay Harper duPont e Diana Harper.
Carreira
Jessica começou fazendo uma aparição em um seriado de TV em 1970. É mais conhecida como Suzy Banion,no filme Suspiria 1977 do diretor italiano Dario Argento.
